Terms of Service

1. The service

PLOPLAN prints architectural plans, blueprints, engineering and construction drawings, permit sets, and revisions from PDF files you upload, and delivers them to the address you specify. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Your files

• You confirm that you have the right to reproduce the drawings you upload and that printing them does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You grant PLOPLAN a limited license to store, process, and reproduce your files solely to provide the services you request and to operate the platform.
• You are responsible for the content, accuracy, and completeness of uploaded files, including sheet counts you confirm or correct.

3. Orders and pricing

• Prices shown in the calculator are calculated from our published rate card at the time of order. Rush delivery may be quoted “starting at” and confirmed by dispatch.
• Tax is estimated at checkout and finalized on the invoice.
• Orders are accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders we cannot fulfil, for example because a file will not print correctly.

4. Delivery

Delivery windows are targets, not guarantees, and depend on order time, file readiness, and site access. Deliveries are made to the address and contact you provide; if no one is available and you have given instructions (for example, “leave with superintendent in job trailer”), we will follow them and the delivery is complete at that point.

5. Reprints and problems

If a print does not match the file you uploaded or the configuration you chose, tell us within 5 business days and we will reprint it at no charge. Errors that originate in the uploaded file (missing sheets, low resolution, incorrect scale) are not defects.

6. Memberships

Membership billing terms (billing cycle, cancellation, refunds) will be finalized when online billing is enabled. Until then memberships are activated manually and confirmed by email.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PLOPLAN's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Final wording subject to legal review.
