Upload a PDF drawing set, choose the sheet size, black and white or color, the number of sets, and finishing, enter the delivery address, and submit. The price is shown before you commit and you do not need an account for a first order.

No. Guests can upload and order. A free account saves your projects, jobsites and plan files for one-click reorders and unlocks the first-order print credit.

No minimum. A single sheet can be printed and delivered. Delivery is priced per trip, so combining sheets into one order is cheaper than several small ones.

During the launch period orders are invoiced on delivery. Memberships are billed monthly by card through Stripe.

PDF only, up to 200 MB. Export from AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Bluebeam or any drafting tool at the sheet's actual size (for example 24 × 36) so nothing is scaled.

11 × 17, 18 × 24, 24 × 36 (Arch D, the usual permit-set size), 30 × 42 (Arch E1) and 36 × 48 (Arch E). Half-size review sets print on 11 × 17 or 18 × 24.

You tell us how many sheets need color (site plans, renderings, MEP overlays) and the rest print in black and white. You pay color rates only on those sheets.

Yes. The revision flow lets you upload the previous set and the new one, select the sheets that changed, and print only those.

Yes. Files are stored in a private bucket, served only through short-lived signed links to you and our print operators, and can be deleted on request.

Greater Boston: Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, Waltham, Medford and jobsites inside the Route 128 belt. Orders outside the area are accepted and delivery timing is confirmed by email before printing.

Scheduled next day (order by 5 PM) is standard. Next Day AM arrives before 10 AM, Same Day has a noon cut-off, Same Day Priority is within four hours, and a 2-hour rush is quoted by dispatch.

Yes. That is the point of PLOPLAN. Name the superintendent, the trailer, or the gate contact at checkout; the courier hands the package to that person and we confirm by email.

Add a fallback in the delivery instructions (a lockbox, the site office, or a neighbor office). If the courier cannot complete the hand-off we call the contact, then hold the package and reschedule at no charge for the first attempt.

A monthly batch of sheets (for example 20 black and white and 10 color on PLOPLAN PRO), a discount on additional printing, cheaper or free scheduled delivery, and account features like saved jobsites, PO and cost-code fields, and revision-only printing.

No. Included sheets reset on the first of each calendar month (Eastern time). They apply to sizes up to 24 × 36; 30 × 42 and 36 × 48 sheets are always charged at the member rate.

Yes, from your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately with proration; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period so you keep the allowance you paid for.

The first 100 PRO accounts pay $99 a month, locked for 12 months, instead of the standard $149. Capacity is counted on real accounts and shown on the pricing page.

20 lb bond on wide-format inkjet and LED plotters at 600 dpi, sized exactly to the sheet in your PDF. Line weights, hatches and small text print as drawn.

If a sheet is misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we reprint and redeliver at no charge. If the PDF itself was wrong we print the corrected file at the normal rate.
