How the hand-off works
Trailer, gate, site office, or the superintendent by name. Add a gate code, a dock window, or “call on arrival”.
The set is handed to the contact, not left at a door. You get an email when it is out for delivery and when it is delivered.
Revisions and reorders go to the same contact with one click. Change the contact when the super changes.

Greater Boston: Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, and jobsites inside the Route 128 belt. Outside Greater Boston? Submit the order and we confirm delivery timing by email before printing.
Delivery questions
Who signs for the plans on site?
Whoever you name at checkout: the superintendent, the foreman, the gate, or a site office. The courier hands the package to that person and we confirm the hand-off by email. Add a phone number and the courier calls on arrival.
What is the cut-off for same-day delivery?
Order by noon for Same Day (delivered before close of business). Same Day Priority is delivered within four hours of the order and a 2-hour rush is quoted by dispatch. Availability depends on the jobsite address.
Do you deliver outside Greater Boston?
Orders outside the service area are accepted and we confirm delivery timing and any surcharge by email before printing.
Can I save a jobsite for future orders?
Yes. With a free account each jobsite is saved with its contact and instructions, so revisions and reorders go to the same trailer without re-entering anything.
Is delivery taxed?
No. Massachusetts sales tax applies to printing and finishing, not to delivery.
